Eligibility

The Live Nation Santa’s Las Vegas Residency Register-to-Win Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who sign up at the Santa Tram area of Glittering Lights at Las Vegas Motor Speedway located at 7000 Las Vegas Boulevard North, Las Vegas, NV. 89115.

Entrants must be 18 years or older as of their date of entry in this promotion in order to qualify.
This sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law.
Ivory Star Productions’ employees, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively the “Employees”), as well as members of an Employees’ immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees are ineligible to participate.

Sponsorship

The sponsor is Ivory Star Productions (“Sponsor”), located at 4155 North Rancho Drive, Suite 140, Las Vegas, NV. 89130. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.

Agreement to Rules

By entering this Sweepstakes, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects.
The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
By entering this Sweepstakes, You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules.
You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.

Entry Period

Begins: Friday, 11/28/2025 at 5:00pm PST
Ends: Saturday, 12/23/2025 at 10:00pm PST (“Entry Period”)
Entries must be received within the specified Entry Period at the Santa Tram area at Glittering Lights on nights Santa Tram is in operation.

How to Enter

Eligible entrants can enter by submitting an entry via the entry form provided in the Santa Tram area on nights it is in operation.
Your entry must fully meet all Sweepstakes requirements to be eligible to win.
Incomplete or non-compliant entries will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
One entry per person per night of Santa Tram operation.
Fraudulent methods or rule circumvention may result in invalidation and removal from the Sweepstakes at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Prizes and Odds

The Winner(s) will receive Live Nation Concert Tickets with various retail values.
The actual/appraised prize value may differ at the time the prize is awarded.
The prize(s) shall be determined solely by the Sponsor.
There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted. The prize is non-transferable.
The Winner is responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including all local, state, and federal taxes.
The Winner shall not transfer or assign the prize, nor request the cash equivalent or substitution.
By accepting the prize, the Winner grants permission for the Sponsor to use their likeness, entry, and name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
If the prize is deemed to be worth more than $600 in retail value, the Sponsor will collect a valid Social Security or Tax-ID number and issue a 1099 form before awarding the prize.

The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.

Selection and Notification of Winner

The Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor.
The Sponsor will notify the Winner(s) by email and phone within five days following Winner selection.
The Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Winner’s failure to receive notices due to email security settings (spam/junk).
- Incorrect or non-functioning contact information provided by the Winner.
A prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected if the Winner:
- Fails to claim the prize within 14 days of notification,
- Is found ineligible, or
- Does not complete and return required documents within the specified timeframe.
Receipt of the prize is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Violation of these Official Rules may result in immediate disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Rights Granted by You

By submitting an entry, You grant Sponsor (and its agents, licensees, successors, and assigns) the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity, your submission, name, photo, portrait, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for publicity, advertising, promotional, trade, informational, and public relations purposes without further notice, review, consent, or compensation.

Terms & Conditions

Sponsor may modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes if non-authorized human intervention, bug/virus, fraud, or other causes beyond its control affect security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration.
If affected, Sponsor may determine Winner(s) based on eligible entries received prior to and/or after any remedial action.
Individuals who tamper with the operation/entry process or violate these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.
To maintain integrity, Sponsor may void votes/entries for any reason, including multiple entries from the same user on the same night beyond what’s allowed.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers from any and all claims, liabilities, illnesses, injuries, death, litigation, losses, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation and/or (1) prize acceptance/possession/use/misuse; (2) technical failures of any kind; (3) unavailability/inaccessibility of transmissions, phone, or internet service; (4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or promotion; (5) electronic or human error in administration or processing.

Disputes

Governing law: United States and the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law doctrines.
Disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively before a court located in Nevada; no class actions.
Participants may recover only actual out-of-pocket expenses (costs of entering) and waive rights to punitive, incidental, consequential damages, attorney’s fees, and any multiplication or increase of damages.
