Eligibility:

• The Glittering Lights Candy Cane Cruiser Giveaway is open to Las Vegas residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Giveaway Periods:

• Glittering Lights will conduct three separate Candy Cane Cruiser contest rounds throughout the 2026 season. Each contest will be announced through an official post on the Glittering Lights Facebook page.
•  Each Facebook contest post will include the applicable entry period and deadline. Entries received after the deadline stated in the applicable contest post will not be eligible for that drawing.
• The number of winners selected during each contest round will vary based on the number of available Candy Cane Cruiser dates and time slots.

How to Enter:

To enter, participants must:

1. Follow the official Glittering Lights Facebook page; and
2. Comment on the designated official Candy Cane Cruiser contest post according to the instructions provided in that post.

Only entries submitted through the designated official Glittering Lights Facebook contest post will be considered.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Glittering Lights reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, automated, submitted through unauthorized methods, or otherwise violate these Official Rules or the instructions contained in the applicable contest post.

Winner Selection:

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each contest period.

• The number of winners selected in each round will be determined by the number of Candy Cane Cruiser dates and time slots available for that round.

• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of prizes available.

Winner Notification:

• Potential winners will be notified by Glittering Lights through a reply to their comment on the official contest post and by direct message from the official Glittering Lights Facebook account.

• Potential winners will have 48 hours from the time of notification to respond and claim their prize. If a potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or is otherwise unable to accept the prize under these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and Glittering Lights may select an alternate winner.

IMPORTANT SCAM WARNING

Glittering Lights will never ask a winner to pay a fee, provide a credit card number, provide banking information, or make a payment of any kind to claim a Candy Cane Cruiser prize.

Winners will only be contacted through the official Glittering Lights Facebook account. Please do not respond to accounts claiming you have won that ask you for payment or financial information.

Prize:

• Each winner will receive one private Candy Cane Cruiser experience for the winner and their guests, with a maximum of 20 people total.

  The prize has an approximate retail value of $600 and includes:

  • Private Candy Cane Cruiser ride for up to 20 people
  • Admission to Glittering Lights aboard the Candy Cane Cruiser
  • Hot cocoa bar
  • Kettle corn

  Children may be included among the 20 guests but must be accompanied by an adult.

  The prize does not include transportation to or from Glittering Lights or any other expenses not specifically stated as being included.

Assigned Date and Time:

• Each winner will be assigned a specific Candy Cane Cruiser date and time by Glittering Lights. Winners do not select their date or time.
• The winner and their guests must arrive at the date and time provided by Glittering Lights. If the winner is unable to attend the assigned date or time for any reason, the prize will be forfeited. Alternate dates or times will not be provided at the winner’s request.

If Glittering Lights is unable to operate the Candy Cane Cruiser at the assigned time because of a mechanical or operational issue, Glittering Lights will work with the affected winner to reschedule the experience.

Glittering Lights operates rain or shine. Weather alone will not result in cancellation or rescheduling unless Glittering Lights determines that conditions prevent safe operation.

Prize Restrictions:

Prizes have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.

Prizes are non-transferable, may not be sold or resold, and no substitutions are permitted. The winner must personally participate in the Candy Cane Cruiser experience.

Any attempted sale, transfer, auction, or other unauthorized distribution of a prize may result in forfeiture.

General Conditions:

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the instructions contained in the applicable Facebook contest post.

Glittering Lights reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner and to disqualify any person who attempts to tamper with the entry process, uses fraudulent or automated entry methods, violates these Official Rules, or otherwise interferes with the fair administration of the Giveaway.

Glittering Lights reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel a contest if circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from being conducted as intended.

Decisions made by Glittering Lights regarding the administration of the Giveaway, winner eligibility, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final to the extent permitted by applicable law.
