Meet the real shining stars behind the lights.

We’re a small but mighty team of seven working year round to bring the magic to life. What most guests see in a single drive through takes months of planning, creativity, and a whole lot of heart behind the scenes. We wear a lot of hats, sometimes all in the same day, but everything we do comes back to one thing. Creating a place where families can slow down, roll the windows down, and make memories together. Around here, it’s not just about the lights. It’s about the feeling you take with you long after you leave.

John Bentham
Chief Magic Maker

John is the visionary behind Glittering Lights and the reason so many families have a holiday tradition to come back to year after year. He’s been part of the Las Vegas entertainment world since 1999, bringing shows and experiences to life for nearly three decades. As a father to 5 boys, ages 10-19, he brings enough Christmas spirit to power Glittering Lights for the season.

But Glittering Lights is different. It’s personal. What started as an idea has grown into a tradition for the community, where families load up the car, turn on the music, and make memories together. John’s passion for entertainment shows up in every detail, helping turn millions of lights into something that feels a little more like magic.

Stacey Eisenberg
Partnership Whisperer

Stacey has been bringing the holiday spirit with her long before she joined Glittering Lights in 2020. Originally from Texas, she’s spent her career building relationships across the country, something she still does every day here, just with a little more sparkle. A former D1 athlete, she’s hard to miss, from her super tall presence to her signature big blonde hair. But what really stands out is her love for all things Christmas. She’s known for “Christmas-izing” just about anything, especially her shoes, and you can almost always catch her in a perfectly matched holiday outfit no matter the time of year.
Have you ever had to sell something you believed in emotionally before it made sense on paper?
YES! That is exactly how our ATV Night was born. I had an inquiry from a group of Marines stationed at Nellis AFB who wanted to know how we could do a toy drive for them for their Toys for Tots initiative. I had to process it for a few weeks, but eventually, I came up with what has now become our ATV Night and generates over 1,000 toy donations each season.

Tracy Harven
Director of Bright Ideas

Tracy has been known as the princess of Christmas long before she officially joined Glittering Lights in 2021. A Las Vegas native, she grew up coming to the light park with her family for over 20 years, making it part of her own holiday tradition before helping create the magic behind the scenes. Now, she gets to see that tradition come full circle as her grandkids experience it too, especially their favorite, the Santa Tram. For Tracy, it’s always been about the joy, the memories, and making the season feel a little more magical for every family who drives through.
What’s the one thing guests assume about Glittering Lights online that couldn’t be more wrong?
I find it so funny that people assume we get to take January through September off. I’m already planning the next season in January coming up with new ideas, new light displays, running the data from the previous season and brainstorming a theme so we can start on the Wrapping Paper.

Torrey Felber
Holiday Cheer Storyteller

Torrey has been part of the Glittering Lights story long before she ever worked behind the scenes. Originally from San Diego, she’s been in Las Vegas since 2010 and was coming to the light park year after year as a guest before becoming part of the team. Now, she’s the one capturing the moments families take with them long after they drive through. Her favorite part is turning real-time experiences into memories that instantly bring you back, the music, the lights, the feeling of being in the car together. For Torrey, it’s all about creating those little moments that give you butterflies and make the season feel magical.
What’s the most unexpected comment or message from a guest that stopped you in your tracks?
It actually wasn’t a message but I saw a photo we were tagged in of someone’s cat in their front seat of their car at the lights looking real angry to be there. The caption said their cat hated the lights. I still think about that photo to this day because it was so funny!!

Jonny Holcomb
Merry Maker, Design Division

Jonny brings the magic to life in a way most guests never see. With over a decade of graphic design experience, he’s the one helping shape how Glittering Lights looks and feels each season. His path here has been anything but ordinary. After high school, he joined the Air Force where he played trombone in the base band, and ever since, he’s had a bit of wanderlust, most recently spending six months RVing through the American West. Jonny is part of what makes the experience feel so memorable. And if you ever need a perfectly timed cat meme, he’s your guy.
When people see the lights, signs, or graphics, what do you hope they feel before they even realize you designed them?
The Initial Feeling: One word, “Immersion.” My goal is for the graphics to act as a magical portal, taking the viewer from the ho-hum of daily life into a world “filled with wonder.” I want the signs to feel like a natural extension of the holiday season rather than just advertisements.

Windi Brayton
Wizard behind the Ticketing Curtain

Windi is the friendly voice and steady presence behind so many of the guest experiences at Glittering Lights. As the one leading ticketing and customer service, she’s often the first person helping families plan their visit.. She works from home while raising her three young kids, but is constantly connected to the team, always on Zoom, always thinking through new ideas to make the experience even better. When she’s in town, it usually means a full round of brainstorming and planning for the season ahead. Windi truly is the heart behind the scenes, helping turn every visit into a smooth, memorable night for our guests.
What part of your job do people underestimate the most?
The emotional side of it. Everyone sees the lights and the lines of cars, but they don’t see the constant balancing act behind the scenes. Managing expectations, supporting the team, troubleshooting in real time, keeping the magic intact while solving real operational challenges. There’s a lot happening that guests never see, and that’s intentional. If it feels seamless, we did our job.

Gabe Douglas
Keeper of the Keys

Gabe helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. He is part of what makes the entire experience come together each night. He’s also the youngest on the team but with 10 years at Glittering Lights, he’s grown up with the show in a way that’s pretty special. Recently married and always planning his next trip, Gabe brings both energy and experience to the season, helping make sure every night runs just right for our guests. You can see him nightly at Glittering Lights in the red jacket.
