Aviation Nation is happening at Nellis Air Force Base this weekend.
Because Las Vegas Motor Speedway is the official parking, exiting traffic from 4:30 to approximately 5:30 p.m. will cause a delay in access to Glittering Lights at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
On Sunday, November 17 the lights will open at approximately 6 p.m.
